About the position

The Business Operations Manager for NAMER CSM at Amazon Web Services is responsible for defining, building, launching, and optimizing cross-regional and cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational capabilities. This role involves managing operational cadences, reporting, and driving efficiencies to support the strategic evolution of the Customer Solutions Management function. The position requires a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate priorities into actionable initiatives while ensuring a balance between personal and professional life.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, develop, and launch cross-regional and cross-functional capability uplift and delivery programs.
• Own operational cadences, reporting, and drive efficiencies and acceleration mechanisms.
• Drive the execution and reporting of operational KPIs, OKRs, and Goals and Metrics for allocated areas.
• Conduct senior portfolio-level reporting, assessments, and stakeholder buy-in for allocated regional teams.
• Launch and embed improvements to team tooling and processes.
• Work closely with NAMER Area CSM Leaders to optimize current operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, and forecasting.
• Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience with BI tools.
