About the position

The Business Operations Manager for NAMER CSM at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is responsible for defining, building, launching, and optimizing cross-regional and cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational capabilities. This role involves managing operational reporting, driving efficiencies, and supporting the strategic evolution of the Customer Solutions Management (CSM) function. The position emphasizes work-life harmony and requires collaboration with senior leadership to ensure successful execution of operational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own operational cadences, reporting, and drive efficiencies and acceleration mechanisms.
• Conduct senior portfolio-level reporting, assessments, and broker stakeholder buy-in for allocated regional teams.
• Define, build, develop, and launch cross-regional and cross-functional capability uplift and delivery programs.
• Drive the execution and reporting of operational KPIs, OKRs, and Goals and Metrics for allocated areas.
• Launch and embed improvements to team tooling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
