As a Business Operations Manager at Anduril Industries, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational landscape of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to own the data that informs operational decision-making across various teams, including Tower, Drone, field operations, and customer success. This position requires you to tackle ambiguous problems and develop scalable solutions that enhance Anduril's operational efficiency. Your work will encompass a range of activities, from quick-turn analytical problem-solving to implementing process improvements and building core dashboards and tables. The goal is to help Anduril grow and measure its operations effectively. The Business Operations team has two main responsibilities: first, establishing operational processes and analytics to measure change, and second, engaging in special projects that address high-priority problems that do not fit neatly into existing roles. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be integral to both responsibilities, often working cross-functionally with various teams to solve complex issues, set up new processes, and capture and act on data. In this role, you will manage operational projects from start to finish, dealing with messy problems that require innovative solutions. You will work on challenges that intersect hardware and software systems, such as inventory management and asset tracking. Familiarity with business systems like ERP, MRP, and HRIS will be crucial, as you will leverage data from these systems to create insights and analytics that empower functional teams. You will also be responsible for executing analyses quickly while developing scalable long-term solutions.
