Responsibilities

• Practice proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
• Immediately report any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or employee/patient/visitor injury-accident to appropriate person(s).
• Oversee the operational aspects of surgical services to ensure efficiency and quality of care.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and patient care outcomes.
• Engage in professional development and leadership activities to enhance departmental performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management or a related field.
• Five (5) plus years of experience in Finance, Business, Consulting, Healthcare Administration, or Operations Improvement.
