About the position

Randstad is collaborating with a client located near Beaverton, Oregon, to fill a temporary position for a Business Operations Program Manager. This role is expected to last until February 2025. The primary focus of this position is to lead program initiatives that emphasize disability inclusion and accessibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the annual program plan, which includes various components such as recruiting journeys, participant and manager learning and development journeys, and communication plans for both incoming and active cohorts. In this role, you will establish strong relationships with program participants and managers to foster a supportive environment and create an effective feedback loop for the program. This will involve regular check-ins with program members, monthly meetings, and providing ad-hoc support as needed. Additionally, you will be tasked with building partnerships with key stakeholders, including Executive Sponsors, HR partners, and external professional development partners, to ensure the program's success and its integration into the business operations. A significant part of your responsibilities will also include developing a comprehensive communications plan to ensure that all program communications are accessible and effectively disseminated to all levels of program partners. This will help keep everyone informed and engaged throughout the program's lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the annual program plan/project plan, encompassing recruiting journeys, participant and manager learning/development journeys, and communication plans for incoming and active cohorts.
  • Establish a strong rapport with program participants and managers to build an encouraging environment and an effective program feedback loop.
  • Conduct regular touch-bases with program members, monthly meetings, and development moments with participants and managers, and provide ad-hoc support as needed.
  • Develop strong partnerships with key leaders, including Executive Sponsors, HR partners, and external professional development partners, to maintain program success.
  • Create and disseminate accessible program communications (written and verbal) to all levels of program partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or related field.
  • Experience with disability inclusion and accessibility is essential.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Proven experience in business operations and project management.
