We are excited to announce a new opening for a Business Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing the operations of a large department with 100 or more staff members. Key responsibilities include financial management, budgeting, contract management, human resource planning, inventory management, purchasing, workflow and process management, and managing department-wide projects that may affect other departments or directorates. The Manager will also play a crucial role in strategic decision-making for project identification and selection. In collaboration with the department director, the Business Operations Manager will ensure that effective processes and tools are in place to maintain the daily operations of the assigned patient care department. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for data collection and analysis to ensure the long-term sustainability of the department's functions. Coordinates internal systems for correct coding and charge capture. Analyzes trends in volume, revenue, cost, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Manages day-to-day operations, including budget preparation and space needs. Establishes relationships with partners, oversees contracts, and ensures regulatory compliance.
