About the position

The Business Operations Manager at Early Warning Services is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operational processes, leading projects focused on data-driven reporting, and implementing business process improvements. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination, support, and maintenance of business operations and servicing processes.
• Formulate, define, and document business processes by researching and benchmarking.
• Participate in the development, analysis, planning, and communication of business unit projects.
• Develop and manage standardized business reporting protocols to ensure data integrity.
• Establish documentation of processes, guidelines, tools, and training aids for business units.
• Manage responses to risks, internal audits, and regulatory requests.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of related experience in business operations and process development.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and link functional needs to technology solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2.
• Strong background in data analytics with proficiency in analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI.
