About the position

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years. As a Business Operations Manager, you will own the data that informs the operational decision making at Anduril. In this role, you will partner with leadership and teams from across the business - from our Tower and Drone teams to our field operations team to our customer success team - to unpack ambiguous problems and build lasting, scalable solutions. Your work will vary from quick-turn analytical problem solving to process and data improvements and building core dashboards and tables - all in the pursuit of helping grow how Anduril operates and measures itself.

Responsibilities

  • Own operational projects end-to-end, from Definition, Solution, to Implementation.
  • Work on operational problems involving the intersection of hardware and software systems.
  • Work deeply within data and systems, becoming intimately familiar with how our business systems (ERP, MRP, HRIS, etc.) function.
  • Execute scrappy analyses on short-timelines to get answers quickly, while also owning more scalable solutions.
  • Project manage across many stakeholders.
  • Work across functions and learn Anduril's business top-to-bottom.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, or business analyst role.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and ability to execute analyses in Excel or SQL.
  • Self-driven and relentlessly proactive.
  • Ability to communicate broadly and have a lot of eyes on your work.
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a hardware business environment.
  • Comfort with leading meetings and managing large groups of stakeholders.
  • An appetite to build clear frameworks to structure problems.

Benefits

  • Platinum Healthcare Benefits: 100% covered for you and 90% for dependents.
  • Basic Life/AD&D and long-term disability insurance 100% covered.
  • Generous company holiday calendar and highly competitive PTO plans.
  • 16 weeks of paid Caregiver & Wellness Leave.
  • Family Planning & Parenting Support including fertility and adoption coverage.
  • Free mental health resources 24/7 including therapy and life coaching.
  • Professional development stipend available to all employees.
  • Daily Meals and Provisions in many offices.
  • Company-funded commuter benefits based on region.
  • Relocation assistance depending on role eligibility.
