About the position

The Business Operations Manager at CAVA is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that drive the growth of the business. This role involves collaborating with leadership to solve complex problems, providing insights, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic direction. The manager will oversee high-priority projects, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and promote operational excellence across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of complex and high priority projects.
• Partner with key initiative leaders to maintain alignment of projects with strategic direction.
• Identify key issues, structure problems, conduct data analysis, and perform market and competitive research.
• Build materials to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Monitor, measure, and assess the results of key initiatives and investments.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership, advising on strategy and operational excellence.
• Facilitate cross-functional interactions to resolve issues and build consensus across teams.
• Create clear and persuasive storylines to inform and influence executives.
• Identify opportunities for streamlined operations based on industry trends.
• Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Digital, Operations, and Technology to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional work experience in a related field (consulting, operations, strategy, investment banking).
• Experience with solving ambiguous problems and strategic thinking.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and synthesize large data sets.
• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
• Experience working closely with diverse stakeholders in a high growth environment.
