About the position

The Business Operations Manager at WarehouseQuote serves as the primary operational liaison between clients, warehouse partners, and internal stakeholders. This role is crucial for ensuring strategic execution, timely communication, and effective problem resolution, thereby fostering strong relationships and trust with clients and partners. The position emphasizes mastery of client business operations and collaboration to drive clarity and growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the WHQ Operations team to clients and operational counterparts within the Warehouse Partner Network.
• Demonstrate mastery of the client's business through a holistic review of core services, inventory accountability, workflow management, and project management.
• Drive clarity through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with teammates to find innovative ways to drive clarity and growth for clients and WHQ's business.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with international or domestic transportation is a plus.
• Ability to execute tasks with experience, resourcefulness, and collaboration.
• Capability to build valuable relationships with clients.
