About the position

The Business Operations Manager at Insight Global is responsible for overseeing and enhancing operational processes within the organization. This role involves defining key performance indicators (KPIs), managing site-based construction projects, and ensuring effective communication between executive leadership and onsite workers. The manager will also support leaders with administrative tasks, including agenda planning and meeting preparation, while driving strategic initiatives to improve organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Defining metrics and owning KPIs for business performance.
  • Conducting business reviews and managing operating rhythms to ensure effective communication.
  • Translating critical information between executive meetings and onsite workers.
  • Managing site-based construction projects from a business and operational perspective.
  • Building strategies for organizational improvement and efficiency.
  • Providing administrative support to onsite leaders, including agenda planning and meeting setup.

Requirements

  • Strong experience collaborating with executive team members to prioritize business strategies.
  • Experience in building reports and presenting plans to executive leadership.
  • Proficient in collecting data, developing metrics, and conducting trend analysis.
  • Experience in designing organizational management systems and operating rhythms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data fluent and digitally native.
  • Ability to provide actionable recommendations to leaders and ensure follow-up for issue resolution.
  • Experience in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of leadership teams.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and provide data according to established processes.
