About the position

The Business Operations Manager is responsible for providing financial and operational insights to senior management within the Construction Business Operations organization. This role involves leading departmental communication related to construction, serviceability, and project management, while also developing guidance, training, and reporting to support operational excellence. The manager collaborates with various stakeholders to drive effective outcomes and ensure alignment with operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to support business planning and operational processes throughout the year.
• Analyze financial and operational data/performance metrics, communicate findings and risks, and suggest improvements to processes.
• Support business unit management and other departments with informational requests and special projects.
• Implement and review company policies and procedures for consistency.
• Train, supervise, and develop Finance staff, managing day-to-day performance and suggesting improvements to upper management.
• Perform additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of relative work experience.
• Strong understanding of business operations and change management.
