Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality of landscaping services.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost reduction while maintaining service quality.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote professional development within the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Address inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage landscaping projects with supervisors from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Implement safety protocols to protect employees and clients.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business strategies.
• Analyze market trends and adjust operations to meet changing demands.
• Implement and manage CRM systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the landscaping or service industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of landscaping practices and industry standards is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with project management software.
