About the position

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality of landscaping services.

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost reduction while maintaining service quality.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff.

  • Address inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the landscaping or service industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of landscaping practices and industry standards is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with project management software.
