About the position

NTX Embedded is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee critical business functions, including product pricing, supply chain strategies, and inventory management. This role is essential for driving operational excellence and supporting the company's growth objectives, reporting directly to the SVP of Operations and Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Own the services and product quoting process to ensure accurate and competitive pricing strategies.
• Lead pricing analytics for strategic initiatives and collaborate with leadership to set competitive market positions.
• Analyze company costs, industry pricing trends, and competitor prices to develop strategies that improve sales performance.
• Strategically guide component supply chain management and supplier selection to optimize cost-efficiency.
• Drive component rationalization and cost management efforts to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
• Manage strategic inventory agreements with suppliers and customers, ensuring effective inventory planning and optimization.
• Maintain and monitor a comprehensive KPI dashboard to proactively identify potential issues and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and operations, to align business objectives and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing complex technology products, preferably in the embedded systems or electronics industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Proven ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
