About the position

The Business Operations Manager at Stand Strong Fencing is responsible for directing and managing the organization's operations, developing and implementing effective operational strategies, and overseeing subcontractor installation crews. This role involves generating new business opportunities, managing daily operations, and ensuring quality control during installations. The successful candidate will work closely with the owners to meet organizational goals and provide a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent Stand Strong Fencing
• Develop expertise in product knowledge and industry trends
• Oversee daily operations including material procurement and installations
• Manage job pipeline and project workflows
• Schedule production with customers and install crews
• Coordinate material orders and procurement
• Ensure quality control standards are upheld during installations
• Maintain and manage inventory levels
• Evaluate performance and productivity of subcontractor installation crews
• Interact with customers and co-workers in a professional manner
• Perform basic record keeping and data entry

Requirements

• 2+ years in a service/installation related field/industry in a management/leadership role
• Highly skilled in verbal and written communications
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to drive and maneuver a forklift
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
