The Business Operations Manager plays a key role in our company, whose main objective is to ensure all departments are working efficiently towards the goals of the company, meeting KPIs and achieving financial results. This position is part of the company's leadership team in the role of Integrator and as such plays an important part in not only building the company's goals and vision, but also in the creation of SOPs and metrics designed to achieve it. The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent leadership and management skills, be highly organized and have a strong work ethic with a commitment to setting goals and seeing them through to completion. They must be able to apply critical thinking skills to handle problems as they arise and be able to understand how daily operations contribute to the bigger picture.
