Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate executive calendars, ensuring all meetings and appointments are scheduled without conflicts.
• Handle and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with T-Mobile policy and budget adherence.
• Arrange and manage all aspects of travel, including booking flights and accommodations.
• Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for upcoming meetings, ensuring all necessary information is available.
• Monitor and report on the progress of quarterly initiatives, identifying potential issues proactively.
• Collaborate on project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing detailed project plans and timelines.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated skills in managing project updates with business partners.
• Ability to anticipate needs and make proactive recommendations.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in budget management and tracking.
