About the position

The Business Operations Manager position serves as a key resource for client teams, focusing on enhancing daily medical billing and office activities. This role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders to address client requests and operational needs, while strategically implementing billing-focused procedures and operational requests. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance daily medical billing and office activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client requests and operational needs.
• Implement and drive billing-focused procedural and operational requests.
• Identify billing and operational trends to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensure timely completion of RCM tasks by designated staff.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline processes.
• Lead and motivate a team of billing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of related billing experience or 1 year in a Billing Supervisor role.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Expert knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage sensitive situations with professionalism.
