About the position

The Business Operations Manager at T-Mobile plays a crucial role in driving growth and providing strategic planning support to senior leadership. This position involves organizing and implementing programs to meet growth, revenue, and customer experience objectives while serving as a key liaison for enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at improving service and operational efficiencies. The role encompasses administrative support, including calendar, travel, and expense management, and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and coordinate executive calendars, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and events are scheduled without conflicts.
• Handle and process expense reports, ensuring all submissions are accurate and comply with T-Mobile policy.
• Arrange and manage all aspects of travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for upcoming meetings.
• Monitor and report on the progress of quarterly initiatives, proactively identifying any potential issues that arise.
• Collaborate on project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Maintain project timelines and track deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and promptly address any concerns.
• Conduct final review to ensure all objectives have been met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Demonstrated skills in managing project updates with business partners
• Ability to anticipate needs and make proactive recommendations
• Executive level communications and presentations
• Strong tracking & follow up skills
• Budget management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
