About the position

The Business Operations Manager at Johnson & Asberry Communications is responsible for streamlining processes and improving overall efficiency within the organization. Responsibilities

  • Overhaul and maintain the SharePoint system for seamless data organization.
  • Write and track all project proposals to ensure opportunities for big projects are not missed.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including collecting resumes, interviewing candidates, and managing HR needs.
  • Streamline business processes to improve efficiency and operational productivity.
  • Provide administrative support for smooth business operations without waiting for specific instructions.
  • Coordinate and manage the preparation, verification, and submission of invoices and timesheets to clients.
  • Maintain professional communication via phone and email, supporting the team with organizational tasks.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Requirements

  • A college degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a small business setting.
  • Strong administrative writing and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Canva.
  • Excellent problem-solving and process management capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
