About the position

The Business Operations Manager at Firstbase.io is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, incubating new products, and ensuring smooth operational execution across the company. This role focuses on data-driven projects, market research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and support the company's mission of simplifying company formation and operational success for entrepreneurs globally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and launch new product offerings.
• Conduct market research and analysis to validate product ideas.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for product pilots.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of campaigns and launches.
• Lead data analysis to uncover insights that inform product and business decisions.
• Build dashboards and reports to track operational performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Establish and maintain a regular cadence of business reviews, tracking progress against goals.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability across teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in startups, with a strong execution track record.
• Prior experience in a business operations, data analyst, or similar role.
• Deep familiarity with serving B2C customers, understanding their behaviors, needs, and preferences.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication in English and stakeholder management skills.
