About the position

The Business Operations Manager at Comcast is responsible for providing financial and operational insights to senior management within the Construction Business Operations organization. This role involves leading departmental communication related to construction, serviceability, and project management, while also developing guidance, training, and reporting to support operational excellence. The manager collaborates with various stakeholders to drive effective outcomes and ensure alignment with operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and operational insight to senior management in support of the Construction Business Operations organization.
• Lead department communication associated with construction, serviceability, and project management.
• Develop guidance, training, and reporting in support of education and operational excellence.
• Analyze financial and operational data/performance metrics, communicate findings and risks, and suggest process improvements.
• Support business unit management and other departments with informational requests and special projects.
• Train, supervise, and develop Finance staff.
• Manage the day-to-day performance of the Finance team and suggest improvements to upper management.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
