About the position

The Business Operations Manager at NRG Health & Fitness is responsible for overseeing and managing key company operations, particularly the fitness class operations across various locations. This role involves coordinating schedules for fitness professionals, managing employee communications, and ensuring the effective use of company platforms for scheduling and reporting. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall health and wellness of communities by ensuring smooth operational workflows and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Company's Fitness Class Operation by overseeing fitness class schedules across all NRG locations.
• Learn and effectively utilize the Wellness Living platform for fitness class scheduling.
• Manage schedules for 50+ fitness professionals and handle employee substitute requests.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with employees and clients via text, email, and phone.
• Manage internal shared reporting documents on Google Drive.
• Master the NRG Employee App and Client App, providing guidance to users.
• Understand and enforce all applicable company policies.
• Review and reconcile employee timecards using ADP TotalSource.
• Onboard new employees through ADP TotalSource.
• Generate class utilization reports using Wellness Living and Excel.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Adobe, Google Calendar, and Canva.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple online systems confidently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to maintain organized workflows, schedules, and records.
• Demonstrated experience in managing employee work schedules and coordinating shifts.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ADP TotalSource and Wellness Living platforms.
• Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
