About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. The primary purpose of this role is to analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency. The Data Analyst will work closely with various departments to gather data, perform statistical analysis, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data quality checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and tools.
