Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day insurance billing functions effectively and efficiently.
• Lead and support the Billing team to achieve daily and monthly metrics.
• Monitor billing inventory to ensure timely and accurate release of claims to insurance companies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
• Drive a positive and collaborative culture within the team.
• Manage claims submission workflow and minimize denial rates.
• Implement and follow established insurance and billing department protocols, policies, procedures, objectives, and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a relevant field.
• Proven track record in process management and team growth.
