Responsibilities

  • Implementation of the Accounting Process for the Company.
  • Implementation of the Business Administration Process for the Company.
  • Leadership and Management of Accountability & Achievement of Company Policies.
  • Develop and implement operational processes that drive efficiency and productivity across all departments.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and enhance communication between teams.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of company assets.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving operational workflows and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular assessments of operational performance and report findings to senior management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and innovative ideas from team members.

Requirements

  • Accounting Degree with expertise in Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Invoicing, Job Costing and Payroll.
  • Effective leadership ability and business acumen to execute quality control verification process of the business administration process.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices related to operations management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools).
