About the position

The Business Operations Manager at SIC Enterprise Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving strategic initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills to foster a positive work environment and to collaborate with the CEO and other leaders in setting the organizational vision and mission. The manager will also be tasked with budget management, risk identification, and monitoring industry trends to support business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day company operations.
• Provide strong leadership including developing and monitoring individual and team performance goals, coaching managers and driving major change initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth among staff.
• Collaborate with the leadership to establish long-term and short term strategic plans.
• Work with the CEO to set the organizational vision and mission, and corporate strategy.
• Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Understand the financial principles and the ability to manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors activities to identify opportunities for business development.
• Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business operations management
• Experience in beauty industry is a plus
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Bilingual in Korean and English
