About the position

The Business Operations Manager at Cirque de Vol is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency across various departments, including marketing, sales, customer service, and studio management. This role involves setting goals, executing initiatives, and improving processes to ensure the organization runs effectively. The manager will lead the Customer Service Team, oversee scheduling, and handle recruitment and training, all while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Guide and empower the Customer Service Team to maximize potential across the client journey.
• Assess, refine, and enhance the process from lead acquisition to client conversion.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on events and enrollment objectives.
• Schedule studio classes and specialty events to ensure profitability.
• Create and oversee staff schedules, manage time off requests, and administer program budgets.
• Work with the owner/CEO on recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Build positive rapport and relationships with students and staff teams.
• Promote and support a healthy and thriving workplace culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience managing a team of 5 or more people.
• Sales-driven with experience in hitting KPI goals and targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at using new technologies for decision-making.
• Experience in the Boutique Fitness Industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with recruiting and hiring is a plus.
