About the position

The position at SSM Health Mission Hill is focused on supporting Care Transformation initiatives within the organization. The individual in this role will be responsible for directing assigned programs to meet specific business objectives. This includes collaborating with external stakeholders and vendors to secure necessary support for project goals, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall objectives. The role requires effective communication with senior leadership to relay opportunities, issues, and insights regarding relationships with external providers or vendors, fostering strong working relationships that are essential for program success. In addition to stakeholder engagement, the position involves developing strategic plans and infrastructure that align with defined business goals. The individual will direct the program through the creation and management of evolving tools and reporting capabilities, ensuring that the program remains on track and meets its objectives. Budget recommendations will be made, and the individual will monitor and adjust plans as resource requirements change. The role also includes documenting program quality outcomes and progress metrics, addressing and resolving project issues as they arise to maintain alignment with goals. Other duties may be assigned as necessary, reflecting the dynamic nature of the role and the organization’s needs.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates and documents program quality outcomes and progress metrics.
  • Addresses and resolves project issues to ensure goals remain on track.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Seven years' experience in program/project management is required.
