About the position

The Business Operations Program Manager for the Product Marketing Team at NetApp is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, monitoring project progress, and fostering a positive team culture. This role involves establishing efficient processes to support team alignment and collaboration, optimizing resource allocation, and preparing comprehensive reports for senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic cross-functional initiatives, programs, meetings, and commitments.
  • Regularly meet with key stakeholders to monitor progress, track results, and address challenges.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive culture aligned with NetApp's values.
  • Create and operationalize a governance model, structure, and processes to enhance team alignment and collaboration.
  • Establish systems for budget management, organization, and tracking.
  • Optimize resource allocation, including budget, talent, and technology.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across different functional areas.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate portfolio status, progress, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to implement initiatives and transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related major and 2+ years related experience; or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related major and 0-4 years related experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of business or program management experience at an enterprise level.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Office365, Smartsheet and other collaboration and project management tools.
