About the position

The Program Manager will be a key member of the Product Marketing Team, responsible for monitoring project progress, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive team culture. This role involves establishing efficient processes to support team alignment and collaboration, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and in alignment with departmental objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic cross-functional initiatives, programs, meetings, and commitments.
  • Regularly meet with key stakeholders to monitor progress, track results, and address challenges, ensuring commitments and priorities are met.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive culture aligned with NetApp's values, fostering team engagement and satisfaction.
  • Create and operationalize a governance model, structure, and processes to enhance team alignment and collaboration, laying the foundation for scalable growth.
  • Establish systems for budget management, organization, and tracking, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize resource allocation, including budget, talent, and technology, to ensure efficient execution aligned with departmental objectives.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across different functional areas to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate portfolio status, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to implement initiatives and transformation projects smoothly and efficiently.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related major and 2+ years related experience; Master's Degree in Business Administration or related major and 0-4 years related experience; or equivalent experience.
