About the position

Weverse America, a subsidiary of HYBE, is seeking a dedicated Business Operations Project Manager who will lead and coordinate business operations projects relating to artist success on the Weverse platform. This role is crucial in conducting the full range of project duties from inception to fulfillment, ensuring alignment with our overarching business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, driving cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals and objectives. In this position, the Project Manager will analyze data to monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and manage them effectively. Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant client stakeholders is essential, as the Project Manager will provide day-to-day contact on project status and changes. Additionally, the role involves evaluating project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and records. This position reports directly to the VP of Operations and plays a key role in enhancing the fan experience on our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Drive cross-functional teams towards project goals and objectives.
  • Analyze data to monitor project progress, identify, and manage potential risks.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, as well as develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak and write in Korean fluently.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related fields.
  • 7-10 years in relevant Project Management/Business Operations, preferably in the entertainment or music industry.
  • Ability to analyze and convert large volumes of data into a digestible narrative.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Self-starter, ability to lead projects either with a team or independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
