About the position

Apple is seeking an experienced project manager to drive programs and projects that expand the marketplace platforms business. This role involves leading complex, high-profile projects in a dynamic environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication. The project manager will work autonomously, manage multiple work streams, and ensure alignment among cross-functional teams while navigating competing priorities and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement complex, high-profile projects with cross-functional teams.
• Identify key resources and prepare appropriate documentation for projects.
• Communicate project statuses and identify potential risks.
• Oversee deadlines and manage day-to-day critical issues.
• Create work back schedules and brief senior executives on timelines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading a portfolio of projects and programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage aggressive delivery schedules.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience engaging effectively with high-level executives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree, MBA or Post-Graduate is a plus but not required.
• Project Management Certification is also a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with the mobile app landscape.
