About the position

The Business Operations Project Manager will play a crucial role in facilitating the planning processes for the Privacy team, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and effective communication across teams. This position involves managing project timelines, improving workflows, organizing team gatherings, and coordinating training and conference attendance, all while maintaining a focus on collaboration and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Planning DRI to facilitate the biannual planning process for Team Privacy.
  • Align planning timeline and deliverables to Client's Corporate Planning process.
  • Represent the Privacy team in planning forums as requested.
  • Create and maintain planning materials and templates.
  • Maintain the monthly Privacy Scorecard with statuses and follow-up with teams for timely completion.
  • Populate updates to stakeholders and forums regarding the Privacy Scorecard.
  • Create and manage planning and status update communications.
  • Investigate workflows to document and align teams to processes and ways of working.
  • Develop, document, and coordinate new and existing end-to-end processes and workflows.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, etc.
  • Utilize available templates for organizing and managing team gatherings, including travel and accommodations.
  • Develop and manage communications for team gatherings.
  • Coordinate and organize team gatherings, including RSVPs, agenda, and sessions.
  • Collect feedback from attendees and provide post-event recaps.
  • Partner with team leads and external entities to organize training and conference attendances.
  • Coordinate with external entities regarding employee memberships.
  • Create and manage RSVP forms to collect essential details.
  • Update the internal privacy portal with up-to-date information and ensure user-friendliness.
  • Support the creation and delivery of day-to-day team communications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cross-functional program management.
  • 2-3 years proven experience working within a technology company.
  • Exceptional collaboration, partnership, and influencing skills in a global environment.
  • Ability to operate independently and proactively.
  • Ability to identify gaps within internal workflows and processes.
  • Highly effective organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to draft clear and concise communications to stakeholders.
  • Experience using Google Suite.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
