About the position

The Senior Associate in Business Operations at LinkedIn will focus on driving strategic insights and operational excellence for Consumer Growth Products. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance member experiences and improve product performance through quantitative and qualitative analysis. The position is designed for a strategic thinker with a consumer-centric mindset who can work independently and creatively to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize business performance and member value by understanding drivers of sustainable growth and leveraging insights.
  • Manage performance through dashboards and data to resolve operational issues cross-functionally.
  • Create and manage forecasting models for products and initiatives in collaboration with Product teams.
  • Lead analytical efforts to identify product insights and improve decision-making across stakeholders.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing among various functions including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science.
  • Serve as an expert on business drivers of consumer-facing products for leadership.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in engineering, math, statistics, physics, computer science, business or related discipline or relevant work experience.
  • 4+ years of work experience in a strategy-related role with an emphasis on quantitative skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Passion for Internet products and technologies.
  • Experience with consumer-facing companies such as social media, e-commerce, etc.
  • Experience in solving real-world business problems and building advanced Excel models; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to distill complex strategies into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities.
  • Experience working closely with senior executives.
