About the position

CACI has a great opportunity for a Business Operations Specialist. The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for providing transactional, administrative, and repeatable services to the organization in an efficient and timely manner. This position will work in a collaborative environment to support a broad range of contractual program teams, maintain relationships with government customers and prime contractors, and under some supervision, reviews contract and task order awards and modifications for contracts database data entry and management. This position is located at our business complex in Oklahoma City. In this role, the Business Operations Specialist will review and analyze new contracts and modifications to ensure agreement and consistency with proposals. They will enter contract information into the contracts database and manage the contract throughout its term. Effective communication with various points of contact is essential to fulfill required maintenance on contracts, ensuring corporate compliance by following internal policies and procedures. The specialist will operate with a sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree
  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong attention to detail
