About the position

The Business Operations & Strategy Manager at Hinge Health is responsible for driving key strategic initiatives and operational excellence within the company. This role focuses on developing company strategy, transforming operations, and managing cross-functional strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategy and operations experience, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to both high-level strategic insights and hands-on project execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insights to leadership to inform the company's strategic direction through market research and competitive analyses.
• Drive execution of projects, including program management and change management.
• Manage business performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs relevant to projects or role.
• Develop new revenue and product strategies, including business case modeling and market landscaping.
• Pilot and take new products to market, overseeing the transition from development to full rollout.

Requirements

• 2+ years of business modeling experience.
• 3+ years managing time-sensitive review projects.
• 3+ years project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following: strategy, operations, or finance.

Nice-to-haves

• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel.
• 4+ years of consulting or investment banking experience.
• IPO experience is preferred.
• MBA or MPH preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
