About the position

Koniag Government Services is seeking a Business Operations User Engagement Support professional to assist with requirements analysis and integration support for the Department of Defense (DoD) client. This remote position requires a Secret Security Clearance and involves high-level communication with various military and government entities to enhance operational effectiveness and achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist requirement owners with refining, assessing, documenting, and maintaining requirements in preparation for review board meetings.
• Gather and develop requirements for assigned projects based on stakeholder input.
• Refine and decompose requirements to a degree specified by the Government.
• Prioritize, de-conflict, and validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Advise managers and supervisors on disciplinary measures and performance standards.
• Manage correspondence processes for Government Leadership and track deliverables.
• Assist in developing and conducting performance management training for DISA managers and supervisors.
• Manage relationships between the JWCC PMO and the Hybrid Cloud Broker.
• Support organizational goals to ensure timely and effective marketing.
• Track and identify speaking engagement and event opportunities for JWCC.

Requirements

• 5+ years related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience as acquisition analyst/project analyst/coordinator for an OSD level organization.
• Ability to uphold a strict level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity, critical thinking, and leadership courage.
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion.
• Must be a US Citizen, hold a current DoD Secret Clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of DoD Systems Acquisition, large scale cloud implementations, and IT Systems Engineering.
