Responsibilities

  • Support the internal and external sales teams with product research, customer quotes, project bids, and interaction with manufacturers to provide either Solar or EV solutions.
  • Act as the primary contact for residential and commercial solar & EV systems, design specifications, installation practices, and project management for manufacturer and contractor customers.
  • Gain experience and understanding of the renewable industry, including products, processes, customers, specifications, and overall project management.
  • Meet with customers and visit various job sites.
  • Engage cross-functionally with sales, engineering, operations and other departments and leadership.
  • Support current and future projects at various phases of the project management life cycle, including customer focused design build projects.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Engineering, Environmentally Sciences, Sustainability or a similarly related technical field of study.
  • Open to Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior students.
  • Knowledge of - and proficiency in - Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous internship experience preferred, but not required.
  • Project management experience via school or internship preferred, but not required.
  • Sales interest preferred, but not required.
