Innova Solutions is seeking a Business or Systems Analyst to join our team in New Brunswick, New Jersey. This full-time contract position is focused on supporting the Chemical Process Development (CPD) sector within our organization. The selected candidate will work closely with the Lead IT Business Partner to align with the strategic plan and ensure that value is delivered to the Chemical Process Development team. This role is pivotal in contributing to the digital strategy of the company, collaborating with IT Delivery to identify innovative uses of technology, and leveraging enterprise platforms, emerging technologies, and cloud solutions to enhance the small molecule API development portfolio. As a Business or Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and identifying digital capabilities and solutions across various areas of Chemical Process Development, including engineering technology, sterile product development, oral product development, material science and engineering, laboratory operations, device development, and strategic innovation. You will develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with CPD scientists and engineers, becoming a trusted partner and advisor by cultivating domain and functional knowledge related to drug product development. A solid understanding of current information technology capabilities is essential for success in this role. The position requires the ability to identify and implement process improvements and IT innovations that support the CPD strategy and objectives. You will also be tasked with evaluating emerging technologies for potential use within CPD. Documentation is a critical aspect of this role, and you will be expected to generate and maintain appropriate project documentation, including SDLC documentation. Additionally, you will function as a project manager for multiple smaller scope projects and lead internal IT and strategic external partner resources to ensure successful delivery of services to CPD.
