In this role, you will manage store inventory to ensure that stock levels are appropriate, process product returns, and control payroll and expenses by maximizing staff productivity. You will utilize monthly financial reports and stock ledgers to monitor expenses, improve profit margins, and maintain inventory control. Protecting company assets is crucial, and you will enforce policies and procedures among staff and suppliers. Additionally, you will ensure that customers receive excellent service from knowledgeable associates, work closely with the merchandising department to implement initiatives, and participate in the hiring and training of staff.
