About the position

The Business Planning & Operations Program Manager, Insights at Meta is responsible for defining and assessing the operational health of the Global Business Group (GBG). This role involves leading analytical insight generation, coordinating operational needs, and engaging with business leaders to drive alignment based on operational insights. The position requires a strong focus on quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform business strategies and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and champion a vision for defining and continuously assessing the operational health of GBG.
  • Identify the critical metrics to inform GBG operational health and champion and drive measurement and accountability.
  • Act as the functional leader of operational insights and as a Subject Matter Expert on quantitative and qualitative analysis and insight generation.
  • Lead analytical insight generation, storylining, and content development on the basis of survey and internal operational data.
  • Coordinate a centralized process to understand and capture the global view of sales and their operational needs and priorities.
  • Steer and manage recurring projects and processes to gather, coordinate, and disseminate key operational insights.
  • Engage business leaders to drive alignment and achieve desired objectives on the basis of operational insights.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Two years of work experience in job offered or in a consulting, business planning, or project management-related occupation.
  • Experience collaborating with teams to drive deliverable development and execute strategies through industry research, data analysis, and synthesis.
  • Experience prioritizing future initiatives by creating operational roadmaps and implementation plans.
  • Experience designing and overseeing qualitative and quantitative research activities, including hypotheses development and testing.
  • Experience building quantitative models and analyzing large and complex data sets using MS Excel or Tableau.
  • Experience developing storyboards to convey key messages to an executive audience.
