About The Position
The Business Process Analyst will support a complex Workforce Development program within the Department of Defense, specifically the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). This hybrid role requires the analyst to work on-site at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, two days a week, while the remainder of the work can be done remotely. The analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, providing recommendations, and documenting processes to assist DTRA in implementing various human capital and workforce-shaping initiatives.
