About the position

The position is responsible for reporting and analysis for the Indirect channel, providing business intelligence to evaluate complex issues and support informed decision-making. The role involves partnering with internal clients to design research plans, generate insights, and propel business growth through strategic analysis and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business trends and assess monthly and quarterly business performance.
  • Advise on risk and opportunity considerations for managing costs and growing revenue and profitability.
  • Prepare monthly analysis of business trends, financial results, and Key Performance Indicators for management reviews.
  • Create performance reports, including business insights, ad-hoc analysis, and recommendations for executive management.
  • Work with operations, finance, marketing, and sales departments to determine KPIs.
  • Produce routine operational and management reports for assigned areas.
  • Conduct sales and revenue analysis, including performance patterns and churn.
  • Create financial analysis for new business cases, including forecasting.
  • Perform data analytics on new program launches and present insights to finance, sales, marketing, and sales operations.
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience in business analysis.
  • High proficiency with Teradata, Excel, and Access.
  • At least 3+ years of SQL experience, preferably with advanced hands-on PL/SQL knowledge.
  • Ability to perform transformations on large data sets from multiple platforms.
  • Ability to work autonomously with little guidance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience presenting complex ideas and insights to various audiences.
  • Experience with multiple RDBMs such as Oracle, MS SQL, Teradata.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in telecommunications or telephony with a focus on B2B or business enterprise customer management.
  • Knowledge of Company Data warehouse, sales, and revenue reporting systems.
  • Proficient in gap analysis and implementation.
  • Automation experience (KNIME, etc.).
  • Knowledge in workflow management tools.
