About the position
As a Business Process Analyst IV at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, you will play a crucial role in process modernization projects, applying methodologies for improvement and reengineering. This position involves supervising project teams, facilitating knowledge transfer, and ensuring effective integration across multiple projects. You will work with a team of skilled professionals and enjoy the benefits of employee ownership while contributing to meaningful projects.
Responsibilities
- Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies to conduct process modernization projects.
- Facilitate the effective transitioning of existing project teams and support project activities and objectives.
- Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Act as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
- Provide daily supervision and direction to project teams.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline
- Five (5) years of related experience
- Demonstrated experience with industry standard Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library, Scaled Agile Framework, Agile methodologies, testing methodologies, version control systems, implementation, Root Cause analysis, and deployment activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Supervisory experience
