About the position

The Business Process Analyst (Supply Chain) at KLA is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting business data to drive process improvements within the organization. This role involves working with large datasets to define key performance indicators (KPIs), generating reports, and building dashboards to visualize data. The analyst will collaborate across multiple functional business areas to enable comprehensive business process reporting and analysis, ultimately supporting decision-making for leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and report business data.
  • Lead investigations for process improvement.
  • Provide support to the team on systems-related questions.
  • Use large datasets to define KPIs and generate reports.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools to track data.
  • Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data.
  • Write queries or data transformation scripts using SQL or Python.
  • Build predictive models.
  • Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
  • Present analysis to leadership and key stakeholders for key decision making.
  • Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
  • Work across multiple functional business areas to bring data together for end-to-end business process reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; or Bachelor's Level Degree and 2 years related work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SQL or Python for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
