About the position

The RevOps Business Process Analyst at Atlassian is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for supporting complex quote-to-cash (QTC) projects within the enterprise software sector. This role involves collaborating with various sales stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and document business needs. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Study and learn the end-to-end processes employed by Customer Advocate and SMB Sales teams.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Atlassian's business models and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Finance on projects.
  • Identify and resolve operational pain points using process reengineering techniques.
  • Partner with internal technology teams to deliver new capabilities and system improvements.
  • Own requirements documentation including BRDs, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Manage defects and enhancements, ensuring effective communication with business partners.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and implementation activities.
  • Create and deliver training and enablement content for managed projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Technology, or Customer Support/Success in an analyst position.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, enterprise software company.
  • Familiarity with quote-to-cash (QTC) processes and systems.
  • Understanding of different software subscription models and cloud software sales models.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Jira Software, and Confluence.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with RPA tooling preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with process automation tools like Camunda and Workato.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with a metrics-guided approach.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and changing priorities.
