About the position

The Business Process Analyst at Westrock Coffee is a pivotal role focused on managing the lifecycle of intercompany transactions to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. This position involves collaboration across various departments to support the company's growth and streamline financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end intercompany transaction lifecycle, including purchase orders, sales orders, fulfillments, receipts, and drop-ship transactions.
  • Ensure accurate setup of items, pricing, and freight/shipping costs across all intercompany transactions.
  • Monitor and resolve transaction mismatches or delays to maintain operational continuity.
  • Identify and resolve transaction errors, particularly those related to system integrations (e.g., Boomi, NetSuite).
  • Act as the primary escalation point for intercompany issues across subsidiaries.
  • Monitor accounts and general ledger entries for all intercompany transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and accounting standards.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of intercompany vendors and customers to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
  • Collaborate with 10+ cross-functional departments, including Accounting, Logistics, Customer Experience, and IT, to ensure alignment and streamline intercompany processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance intercompany workflows and develop scalable solutions to support growing transaction volumes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience managing intercompany transactions, financial processes, or similar operations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Understanding of general ledger and accounting principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
