About the position

The Senior Business Process Consultant role at V-Tech Solutions involves supporting transportation projects with a focus on business process re-engineering and software development lifecycle activities. The consultant will be responsible for developing business requirements, enhancing processes, and facilitating effective communication across various business units.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and produce cost-benefit analysis reports.
• Lead requirements elicitation sessions and facilitate stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain various requirement documents (business, functional, non-functional).
• Utilize modeling techniques to communicate requirements.
• Manage the lifecycle of requirements using tools like JIRA.
• Provide post-implementation support and recommendations for IT solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field (MBA or MPA preferred).
• At least 8 years of experience in business process re-engineering, with 5 years in large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with the Business Analyst Book of Knowledge (BABOK) and relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI BA, Scrum, etc.).
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong understanding of current IT products and business processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Valid CBAP certification.
