About The Position
The Business Process Analyst will join the Customer Operations organization within the Business Integration team at a large telecommunications company in Stamford, CT. This role focuses on supporting the organization's strategy for mobile and cable programs by mapping processes, ensuring documentation aligns with team goals, and collaborating with other analysts on project roadmaps. The analyst will also be responsible for ensuring reporting accuracy using MicroStrategy and aligning strategies post-process launches.
